My Experience with Positive Affirmations

They are a powerful tool to create a more fulfilling and happy life. I spent 37 years with a broken mind, that trauma had created. I searched for a solution in desperation and my first step in the right direction was affirmations. They have helped me to cultivate a sense of belief in myself, confidence beyond my comprehension, and happiness and hope like I’d never experienced. NEVER.

I know they may seem odd at first, but they truly work, if you stick with them. You’re simply telling your mind how to function now. You’re training it that this is its new baseline, and it listens.
